AI Workshops

Not a place to learn the tools. A place to set the judgment.

What AI can do is no longer hard to find out. What's hard is deciding what to hand over, what stays a human call, and how to hold that standard inside an organization.

Who this is for

  • Leaders & executives

You've decided to bring AI in, but not where to start or what to judge it by.

  • Teams

People are already using tools individually, but the team has no shared standard or way of working.

  • Solopreneurs

Running things alone and wanting AI in the actual working routine, not in a demo.

What we work on

This doesn't end with a tool demo. What's left afterwards isn't a few accounts — it's a basis for the next decision.

  • Of the work you do now, what to hand to AI and what stays a human call to the end
  • How you'll judge output quality — telling plausible apart from correct
  • Not personal tricks, but the rules and workflow a team can share
  • Taking one real task and following it all the way through — your work, not a demo
  • How to check what actually remained after adoption

What I'm building

What I actually do with AI is the basis for this teaching. These are live products, all designed and built by me.

All three run data pipelines, ranking and re-ranking, generated prose, and operational automation on AI. Building them means constantly finding out what actually works and what only looks like it does. Most of what we cover in a workshop comes from there.

From teaching to transformation

A workshop is usually a starting point. Once a team has a standard, the next question becomes “so how do we change the way we work,” and that is no longer teaching — it's transformation design.

As the cost of building converges on zero, what remains is a marketing question: what makes this product different, and what taste and point of view are we proposing. I work on those questions from a marketer's seat.

Start with a conversation

What's needed varies a lot depending on the organization and how far along you already are. Thirty minutes is usually enough to work out which shape fits.
